"I have been with the VI since March of 2011. What I love about being there is being able to see people grow up as they attend the VI. The biggest challenge I have experienced I would say is watching the town grow up and seeming to leave the restaurant behind- both just due to the changing of hands and the struggles that come from that. The best win would be the new excitement for something new, and the hope to bring back how the older generation talks about how the VI used to be the place people would go for nice dining with that cozy dinner atmosphere. A random fact that I would have to say is how I love to draw and write, and I hope to one day finish and publish at least one of my books."
